New Providence Borough is an established residential community embraced by the lush hills and winding roads of the Watchung Mountains. It covers 3.6 miles and is home to about 12,000 residents. Residents can relax by strolling along miles of scenic paths. The borough’s serene neighborhoods consist primarily of older, well-kept homes along tree-shaded streets. Some newer construction, including multi-family developments, ensures a wide variety of housing choices.
