Growing up as the daughter of a minister, Susan Devaney had the privilege of knowing her grandparents and her great grandmothers. Raised in the age-old tradition of respect for elders, she learned how caring for the senior members of a family offered important lessons for the entire family.

Susan and her team love working with individuals and families (of all ages), one household at a time.

Ashley Cusick is a Westfield, NJ resident who comes to Keller Williams with twenty years of experience managing Global Production and Product Development in the fashion industry. A creative problem solver with a can-do attitude and a proven record of success in negotiations, she enjoys using her skills to help other families find a home where memories are made.

Ashley is originally from Charleston, SC and has a degree in Fashion Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. She and her husband John moved to Westfield in 2016, after living in Manhattan for sixteen years, and briefly in Jersey City, NJ. After seeing the beautiful neighborhoods and parks, visiting local restaurants and reading about the top-rated schools, Ashley and John decided to settle in charming Westfield to raise their two young boys. Driven by a passion for her community, Ashley volunteers regularly at her sons’ elementary school, her church and at SHIPs in Summit. She has two sons in a local elementary school. Her husband John spent almost twenty years in finance and is currently the Director of Institutional Advancement at Monsignor Farrell Highschool on Staten Island. John can often be found coaching the boy’s sports or cheering the teams from the sidelines.

Ashley is excited to join The Mavins Group because of their energy, experience and professionalism. She is especially passionate about the value added by the move management services. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors.

As the proud daughter of an architect, a career transition into the real estate industry made sense. Excited about sharing my 25 years of legal-compliance experience and international background with a team that values service, excellence and collaboration, I joined The Mavins Group and Keller Williams.

As a former Ethics Officer at a Fortune 20 company, I acquired expertise in managing sensitive matters, creatively masterminding projects to successful resolution and responsiveness to stringent time, budget and operational standards. I look forward to using these talents to help each real estate client achieve their objectives.

Graduated from Douglass College-Rutgers University (BA) and Georgetown University Law Center (JD).
